What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders generally ship within 1-2 business days from which your order was placed. Note, carriers will not deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, nor holidays.
If you require express shipping, or need the product by a certain date, place your question in the Contact form, and we will get back with a quote within 1 business day.
What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your purchase, you may return your order within the first 7 days of ordering and receive a full refund (for the price of the purchase). You will need to fill out the Contact form and we will contact you within 1 business day.
PRODUCTS
How should I care for my products?
We recommend a cold machine wash, with a light tumble dry for all shirt garments. Turn the product inside out during the wash and drying cycles for the best results. Avoid placing abrasive clothing such as velcro in the same load, as this may damage the product.
For beanies, bandanas, and headbands, we recommend a handwash in cold water. Air dry headwear until it is ready to wear.
What size should I order?
Our shirts are standard size. Check the product images for product dimensions. If you require a different size (such as an XS, or XXL), place your inquiry in the Contact form, and we will respond as quickly as possible as to a possible quote, or the feasibility of the order.
